Held Immobilien was founded in 2011 by members of the Held family with the goal of creating a new home for the Women’s and Mothers’ Center in Haren. For this purpose, a building was constructed at Boschstraße 21a, which is now used as a daycare center. This project showed us how important it is to create spaces where people feel comfortable and can shape their future. Since then, our portfolio has grown continuously and now includes a diverse selection of houses, apartments, commercial properties, and new developments in Haren (Ems). At present, we manage only properties from our own portfolio. At the same time, we are always looking for new real estate opportunities to further expand our offerings in the region. We place great value on reliability, quality, and responsibility. We support our tenants personally, create security for a worry-free future, and are committed to helping people realize their housing dreams.
