Die Held Immobilien wurde im Jahr 2011 von Mitgliedern der Familie Held gegründet, mit dem Ziel, ein neues Zuhause für das Frauen- und Mutterzentrum in Haren zu schaffen. Dafür entstand ein Gebäude in der Boschstraße 21a, das heute als Kindertagesstätte genutzt wird.
This project showed us how important it is to create spaces where people feel comfortable and can shape their future. Since then, our portfolio has grown continuously and now includes a diverse selection of houses, apartments, commercial properties, and new developments in Haren (Ems).

At present, we manage only properties from our own portfolio. At the same time, we are always looking for new real estate opportunities to further expand our offerings in the region.
